Born in Barcelona, Elisabet Biosca began her ballet training (contemporary dance) at the city's L’Institut del Teatre, studying under Rodolfo Castellanos, Patsy Kupe-Matt, Carmen Rozestraten, Jeanne Solan, Catherine Allard, Guillermina Coll, Mathilde van de Meerendonk and Jordi Fábregas.
In 2005 she began participating in workshops taught by Joe Alegado, Ana Laguna, Roberto Oliván, Maxime Iannarelli, Lali Aiguadé, Ramón Oller and Nazaret Panadero.
In 2008 she joined the IT Dansa Jove Companyia de L’Institut del Teatre, performing pieces by such renowned choreographers as Nacho Duato, Alexander Ekman, Rafael Bonachela, Jirí Kylián, Stijin Celis, Ohad Naharin and Gustavo Ramírez, among others.
She joined Spain's Compañía Nacional de Danza in September 2010. In september 2016 she was promoted as a soloist dancer.
Since in CND, she has danced important roles in Gnawa by Nacho Duato, Lady Capuleto in Romeo and Juliet by Goyo Montero, Minus 16 by Ohad Naharin, the role of Carmen in Carmen by Johan Inger and Extremely Close by Alejandro Cerrudo.
She has also danced in ballets by other prestigious choreographers such as Jiri Kylián, Mats Ek, Tony Fabre, Marcos Morau, Ivan Pérez, Itzik Galilli, Ohad Naharin, among others.
She has played main roles in various videodance short films, as Mills Papier Maché by María Salgado or El Despertar by Tensin Márquez.
