Aida holds a Master’s Degree in Cultural Management from the Complutense University of Madrid.
She graduated in Law and also obtained a degree in Classical Ballet from Madrid’s Real Conservatorio Profesional de Danza (Royal Professional Conservatory of Dance). She began her career as a dancer with the Ballet Nacional de España Clásico, under the direction of María de Ávila.
She subsequently developed professionally as cultural manager, directing municipal music and dance schools and holding various management positions within the National Institute of Performing Arts and Music (INAEM), such as administrator of the Compañía Nacional de Danza (CND) and her management of sponsorship and patronage of the Teatro de la Zarzuela.
In 2019 she returned to the CND to take charge of its social programme, Somos CND, as well as its sponsorship and patronage field.
