Elena Diéguez

Corps de ballet


Born in Madrid, Spain. She started her dance training in the Real Conservatorio Profesional de Danza Mariemma.

On graduating from there, in 2008, she joined the Barcelona Ballet under the directorship of Ángel Corella, participating in ballets such as Swan Lake, Bayadere, Paquita Suite, String Sextet and Suspended in Time.

In 2010, she joined the Grand Theatre d’Opera de Limoges, performing principle ballet parts such as The Nutcracker, Carmina Burana and Terra Terra, among others. In 2011 she joined the Semperoper Ballet company in Dresden under the directorship of Aaron Watkin and working with Chyntia Harvey, Laura Graham and Tim Couchman, among others. In 2014, she joined the Víctor Ullate Ballet company.

In September 2019, she joined the Compañía Nacional de Danza under the directorship of Joaquín De Luz.
