Born in Madrid, Spain. In 2014 he starts his studies at the Real Conservatorio Profesional de Danza Mariemma. There he trains as a classical dancer, dancing pieces from La Bayadere, The Nutcracker, Other Dance by Jerome Robbins or Abstract by Jean-Christophe Maillot.
He graduates in 2019 and continues his training at the San Francisco Ballet School, where he is selected for their Training Program.
In 2021 he joins the Compañía Nacional de Danza, under the artistic direction of Joaquín De Luz, becoming a part of the company’s corps de ballet.
In September 2022, under the artistic direction of Joaquín De Luz, he is promoted to soloist dancer.
In September 2023, Mario is awarded at the 51st Positano Leonide Massine Awards gala as ‘dancer of the year on the international stage’.
