Graduate in Physical Activity and Sport Sciences from the University of Castilla la Mancha in Toledo. He also holds an Official Master's Degree in Applied Linguistics (Spanish as a Foreign Language) from the Antonio de Nebrija University in Madrid and has a Pedagogical Aptitude certificate from the Polytechnic University of Madrid.
He began his career as a secondary school teacher in Castilla la Mancha region, developing his work over the following twelve years to occupy such positions as Deputy Head of Studies, Head of Department and Head of Complementary and Extracurricular Activities. Subsequently, he worked for a year at the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training as Technical Advisor to the Spanish Embassy in Poland. Here, among other duties, he was in charge of organizing training activities and workshops, while coordinating publications and organizing contests and events for the dissemination of the Spanish language. From 2019 to 2021 he worked at the European Commission/MEFP in Brussels as a secondary school teacher at the European School of Brussels IV. The following year, he worked at INTEF (part of the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training) as Teaching Technical Advisor, in
charge of the organization and management of events. Here, he managed official contests and trials, coordinated training events and acted as assessor for seals of quality approval.
Since September 2022 he has been working as manager of the Compañía Nacional de Danza.
