Law graduate from the University of La Coruña, he belongs to the Senior Traffic Technicians Scale and is currently on leave from the State Civil Management Corps and the State Auxiliary Administrative Corps.
At the beginning of his career, he held various positions at the General Directorate of Traffic, including Head of Personnel Services in Madrid, Deputy Provincial Head of Traffic in Tenerife, and Provincial Head of Traffic in Ávila.
In 2018, he was appointed Deputy Government Delegate of Ávila, holding the position for the following three years. Subsequently, he served in various administrative units, such as Head of Personnel and Services at the Provincial Directorate of Education in Ceuta and as Head of Subunit at the Ministry of Defense. Since August 2024, he has held the position of Manager of the National Dance Company, under the direction of Muriel Romero.
