Born in Zaragoza in 1999, Roberto began his classical ballet studies at the age of fourteen at the María de Ávila Dance Studio, under the guidance of Lola de Ávila.

At eighteen he received a scholarship to study at the Hamburg Ballet School for his final year. Here he worked with masters such as Kevin Haigen and danced in works by the choreographer John Neumeier (including Bach Suite 2, whith which he toured Germany and Japan). A year later he joined the Hamburg Ballet company, participating in important creations by this same choreographer such as The glassmenagerie or Ghost Light as well as performing solot roles in Weinachtsoratorium I-IV and Peter’s solo in Matthäus-Passion, among others.

After three years at the Hamburg Ballet he returned to Spain, beginning a new multidisciplinary creative stage in his career in which he began to choreograph his own contemporary dance pieces, which have been performed in Italy and Spain.

In November of 2024 he joined the Compañía Nacional de Danza under the direction of Muriel Romero.
