Born in Guadalajara in 1997, Tamara began dancing at the municipal dance workshop at the age of five in Azuqueca de Henares, with Mercedes del Castillo and at the age of eight, she entered the 'Mariemma' Real Conservatorio Profesional de Danza, where she graduated in 2015.

In 2014, she took part in the 1st Spain-France International Dance Meeting and in 2015, in the Castellón International Dance Competition, where she was awarded by the Staatstheater Nürnberg company, directed by Goyo Montero.

After completing her professional dance studies at the Mariemma Conservatory in Madrid in 2015, she collaborated in the production of Don Quixote by the Compañía Nacional de Danza.

In September 2017 she joined the Compañía Nacional de Danza, under the artistic direction of José Carlos Martínez where she continues under the direction of Muriel Romero. Tamara has danced with the CND in The Nutcracker also by José Carlos Martínez, Odila by Mario Bermúdez, Concerto DSCH by Alexei Ratmansky, Giselle by Joaquín de Luz, In Paradisum by Antonio Ruz, Pulcinella by Blanca Li, The Sylphide and Napoli Divertissement by August Bournonville among other works.
