Mentoring Project

A week-long oportunity to work like a CND dancer

The Mentoring Project, launched in May 2021, consists of the company’s principal dancers mentoring a student in their final year of professional education.

For a week, the mentor, as a figure of reference for the CND, will share their day-to-day with the mentored, transferring their experience and values, in a mutually beneficial relationship.
